The assignment consists of:

1. carrying out a replacement process for the existing smartphones, in which the Contractor takes care of the delivery, migration and roll-out of the new smartphone and accessories;

2. handling warranty requests and carrying out repairs on the delivered smartphones.

The following numbers can be provided with regard to the scope of the assignment:

1.the number of smartphones that must be delivered (and migrated) in the replacement process is: between 500 and 550.

The repairs concern repairs on the delivered telephones, based on previous experience, the total repairs in four years are estimated at about 300.
