The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding of wood as well as nursery works to be carried out in the Międzylesie Forest District in 2019. A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 of the ToR. The subject of the order was divided into parts Package I - forestry: Nowa Wieś, Goworów, Jodłów, Różanka, Smreczyna, Lesica, Idzików, Biała Woda, Szklary, Śnieżnik, Jawornica; Package II - a nursery farm in Międzygórze.
