The contract has as its object the execution of the works of the intervention "Development and Cohesion Fund 2014-2020 - Infrastructure Operational Plan - Thematic axis D: Safety of the existing infrastructure - Action line: extraordinary maintenance and safety interventions - Monte Lerno Dam (n. arch. 1006)", as described in the final-executive project documents called "Special Tender Specifications and Technical Specifications - Civil Works" and "Scheme of Contract", as well as in the other documents that are part of the final-executive project. The total amount per body and measure based on the contract is € 5,827,833.35 plus statutory VAT, of which € 5,692,833.35 plus VAT for body and measure works (€ 1,571,837.88 for body work and € 4,120,995.47 for custom works), subject to auction discount and € 135,000.00 plus VAT for security charges, not subject to auction discount. Main category works: OS21 (Special structural works) – amount: € 5,827,833.35 gross of security charges (only category work), Classification VI. The qualification in a category enables the company to participate in tenders and to perform the work within the limits of its ranking increased by one fifth, under the terms and conditions provided for by art. 61, paragraph 2, of Presidential Decree no. 207/2010. For the purposes of qualification in the only prevailing category OS21, it is therefore sufficient to possess the SOA in that category in classification V.
