This contract consists of the issuance, delivery and management of restaurant vouchers for the benefit of its ANSES agents for the Boulogne sur mer, Dozulé, Nancy (hydrology laboratory, rabies and wildlife laboratory, plant health laboratory), Niort and the LSV of La Réunion.Restaurant vouchers will be provided on paper as well as in dematerialized form by card. The beneficiary agents of the restaurant vouchers will have to choose either paper vouchers or dematerialized vouchers. The face value of restaurant vouchers is 7.68 euro(s). The face value of the security is likely to change during the performance of the contract without the service provider being able to claim any compensation. The details of the services to be performed are specified in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). It is a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders, setting all the contractual stipulations and being executed as and when necessary, under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code, without minimum amount. It is only set a maximum amount of 1 200 000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the framework agreement (48 months). As an indication, the CCTP specifies the estimated order volume. This information cannot bind ANSES or be enforceable against it if the order volume is not reached or is exceeded in the context of the performance of the contract. Market prices are unit and subject to revision. The contract is concluded from 1 January 2024, or from its date of notification, whichever is later, for an initial period of 12 months and expressly renewable 3 times for an equivalent period
