New Martinsried station with tunnel including earthworks and track construction, pumping station and reconstruction of the existing storage facility
The newly constructed structure of the U6 extension includes the construction of a new underground tunnel, which includes the line tunnel including a storage facility for two trains, Martinsried station, the emergency exit structures and the pumping station. The section extends over a length of approximately 972 m.
The construction area is located on the outskirts of Munich. The project area is divided into three areas. West of Am Klopferspitz street, north and south of the planned underground station, is the teaching and research area of Ludwig Maximilian University, the Max Planck Institute and the Innovation and Start-up Center for Biotechnology. Adjacent to the east is a Bannwald forest in the south and a biotope in the north, which separate the city of Munich from the municipality of Planegg. Großhadern Hospital is located in the east on Elisabeth-Stöber-Straße.
The tender includes the original shell work structured according to trades. In detail, the following must be specified without any claim to completeness (the final list can be found in the order documents):
• reinforced concrete work
• Special foundation work/excavation protection
• earthworks
• disposal of soil
• road construction
• divisional measures
• Track construction, track and fixed track
• Connection of the tunnel to existing buildings including demolition
• water containment
• surveying
• Planning services (structural planning and object planning)
• ordnance sounding
Before the start of the tendered service, tree and shrub felling is carried out on behalf of the client in the project area. Rootstock clearings are also carried out and protective fences for woody plants and amphibians are erected.
Essentially, at the same time as the contractor's services, execution work is carried out by third parties within the contractual route.
The individual services required by the contractor and the relevant interfaces to other trades result from the tender documents.
