The purpose of this framework agreement is to study the feasibility of hydromorphological restoration of the Bièvre and its tributary, the Ru des Godets, in five sectors located in the metropolitan area. These reopening and renaturation projects are part of an ambitious policy of reclaiming aquatic environments.

The Ru des Godets sector in its downstream part and the Bièvre at the level of the Heller park is located in the town of Antony in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92). The project concerning nearly 700 linear meters (ml) for the Ru des Godets and 640 ml for the Bièvre is:

- renature the Ru des Godets in its downstream part (the upstream part was renatured by the Intercommunal Syndicate for the Development of the Bièvre Valley (SIAVB) in 2015);

- re-establish an open-air confluence with the Bièvre;

- reopen and renature the Bièvre in the enclosure of the Heller park.

The Bièvre sector at the level of the Bièvre park is located in the town of Haÿ-les-Roses in the department of Val-de-Marne (94). the project in this sector of nearly 350 linear meters (ml) is to reopen and renature the Bièvre within the confines of the Bièvre park.

The Bièvre sector at the level of the Le Vallon garden is located in the town of Cachan in the department of Val-de-Marne (94). The project in this sector of nearly 280 linear meters (ml) is to reopen and renature the Bièvre in the enclosure of the Vallon garden.

The Bièvre sector at the level of the Pablo Picasso park is located in the town of Gentilly in the department of Val-de-Marne (94). The project in this sector of nearly 300 linear meters (ml) is to reopen and renature the Bièvre in the enclosure of the Pablo Picasso park in Gentilly and the Maurice Baquet stadium.

The Bièvre sector at Kellermann Park is located in the 13 e arrondissement of Paris (75). The project in this sector of nearly 500 linear meters (ml) is to reopen and renature the Bièvre within the walls of Kellermann Park. It should be noted that Kellermann Park is a wooded area classified in the PLU. The city of Paris plans to redevelop Kellermann Park in parallel with the reopening and renaturation project. These two projects must be the subject of co-construction and mutual enrichment. Close collaboration between the Metropolis, the city of Paris and the selected service providers will be necessary. The hydromorphological restoration work on the Bièvre should be linked to the redevelopment work in Kellermann Park and be completed by the end of 2025 at the latest.
