A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. In synthetic terms, the subject of the contract is the development and technical support for the Check Point software owned by the General Directorate of the State Forests in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as DGLP in Warsaw), registered with the manufacturer on the customer's account No. 6289517.
As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:
a) delivery of equipment indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ,
b) delivery of accessories indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ,
c) delivery of subscriptions together with support services in accordance with Annex 1 to the SWZ,
d) provide technical assistance services in the implementation of the system in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ,
(e) provide training where an equivalent system is offered.
The subject of the order is the renewal of technical support and subscriptions for the General Directorate of State Forests in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as DGLP in Warsaw) of Check Point software registered with the manufacturer in customer account no. 6289517.
Under the contract, the Contractor obliged to obtain:
(a) access to subscription services at the level currently included in the licences (where available, for subscription services whose expiry date is after 1 December 2022, their validity should be extended until 1 December 2023),
(b) access to software updates and patches published by the manufacturer,
(c) access to the manufacturer's technical support services at CPCES-CO-Premium level.
with continuity of support in the period from 1 December 2022 to 1 December 2023.
