Tampere University of Applied Sciences Ltd requests an offer for the procurement of the Jobil internship reservation system operating service in accordance with the terms of this call for tenders and its annexes. With the Jobile system, students of polytechnics and social sciences in the universities of applied sciences reserve placements for traineeships.

The procurement is for the Jobilas system. A description of the current service is provided in Appendix 1. The requirements of the Jobil service to be procured are listed in Appendix 2. The attachment is returned as completed in the attached tender. The offer must be accompanied by a detailed description of the service provided. The offer shall be accompanied by a load testing plan by which the supplier intends to verify the system to meet the performance requirements set out in Annex 2.

Load testing must be done with 7,000 simultaneous load-load testing. With the current tiered search, there are up to 7,000 users at the same time.

The proposal must be accompanied by a proposal for a service contract for the service.

A data processing agreement with the supplier is drafted, the draft of which is in Annex 5.
