The contracting authority aims at electrifying the municipal passenger car and goods van fleet by the end of 2021. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) shall therefore be established for the procurement of cars with a weight lower than 7 500 kg. The contracts for delivery of cars may also include service and maintenance agreements, as well as an option for trade-in the vehicles.
