The purpose of this contract is to provide design, integration, hosting, operation and maintenance of semantic and syntactic interoperability tools and associated expertise. The aim is to equip ASIP Santé with tools for the activities it conducts as part of its mission. The contract covers the following services:

- the initialization of the Si-Tools,

- initial constructions of the Si-Tools and their evolutions,

- technical architecture; the operation of the Si-Tools,

- accompaniment and advice,

- the transferability of Si-Tools.
