The IT University of Copenhagen hereby offers cleaning in the university's premises. The task is cleaning of approx. 26,000 m2 of cleaning area divided into 2 buildings, of which approx. 2,000 m2 is not rented at the start of the contract, which is why this is an option. The premises are primarily used for teaching, administration and common rooms.

In addition to the cleaning service, there will be a number of services.

The IT University is a modern building with a lot of glass and rustic surfaces. The cleaning must take place between 03.00 and 11.00 on weekdays. There is grooming of toilets in the afternoon. In addition, there are 30 days a year to clean after a party on Saturday mornings from 02:30 to 08:00.

The premises have a high degree of use. The task requires a high degree of flexibility in the task solution.

The cleaning is carried out as programmed cleaning.

If the applicant wants to apply for funding through another company, ESPD must be prepared for both companies. For consortium formation, ESPD must be prepared on each consortium participant.
