The mid-term evaluation of the Internal Security Fund (ISF) for the 2021-2027 period has to be completed by the Commission by December 2024. The ex post evaluation of the ISF - Instrument for financial support for police cooperation (ISF-P) for the 2014-2020 period has to be completed by the Commission by June 2025. DG HOME seeks a provider of independent policy evaluation services to carry out a supporting study aiming to collect, review and assess quantitative and qualitative evidence to answer a set of evaluation questions. The supporting study will follow the methods and standards of the better regulation.
