The procurement relates to framework agreements for call-offs and includes remedial maintenance in public areas as well as in premises and apartments.

Assignments will be called off if necessary. The customer guarantees no volumes or assignments during the framework agreement period. The number of properties may change through new construction and/or sale.

The customer intends to call off work for approximately SEK 6 million / year. However, estimated volumes do not indicate any commitment or estimated contract volume.

The estimated volume of the framework agreement with all extensions is SEK 25 million.

The customer reserves the right to use its own resources.
