Lot 2: Provision of half-hourly Electricity;
Lot 3: Provision of non-half hourly Electricity.
Further details are provided in the invitation to tender accompanying this Contract Notice, which can be viewed at www.nhssourcing.co.uk
It is intended that this Framework Agreement becomes the vehicle for the energy supplier to engage with charities and wider public sector organisations (excluding the NHS), allowing them a legally compliant means to provide their services to public bodies (excluding the NHS) without having to undertake a full EU-level procurement process on each occasion. This Framework Agreement will seek to appoint a range of energy suppliers for public bodies (excluding the NHS) to utilise. The Framework Agreement will be available for use by the public sector bodies (excluding the NHS) (and any future successors to these organisations) described in this ITT. Private sector organisations and third sector organisations not covered by the Public Contracts Regulations will be eligible to use the proposed Framework Agreement by request.
