The contracting authority would like tenders for a complete system for high capacity sequencing. The system will be used for micro biological sample material for full genome sequencing and meta genome sequencing. The system shall include equipment for both sample preparation, sequencing and data storage/processing up until the completed reply report.

Tenders are also wanted for instrument dependent reagents and consumables.
