In accordance with section 2, the contractor shall take over the maintenance cleaning of the facility at Gutenbergstrasse 5 in Untermeitingen with up to 200 places

The subject of this contract is the maintenance cleaning in the facility. The services of social care, catering, laundry as well as guarding and security are not the subject of this agreement, but are put out to tender in a separate award procedure.
