Procedure carried out within the framework of a group of orders constituted by the following entities: La Roche-sur-Yon agglomeration (coordinator), the City of La Roche-Sur-Yon, the municipality of Mouilleron-le-Captif, the municipality of La Ferrière, the commune of Venansault.

The procedure will lead to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 300,000.00 (excluding VAT) per year for the entire grouping. The framework agreement will be concluded as of the date of notification for an initial duration of 1 year, renewable tacitly 3 times, for a maximum duration of 4 years. It is specified that for the City of La Roche-sur-Yon the order forms can not be issued until 2.12.2019.

1) supply of horizontal signaling products (paint, resin, heat-bonded),

2) the realization and the safety of the work of application of the products of marking:

- completion of the administrative procedures relating to the application of marking products (circulation order, road permit ...),

- the security of the marking site (administrative procedures, implementation of temporary signage including masking of existing signage),

- the sweeping and cleaning of the roadway upstream of the marking sites,

- the erasure of existing markings,

- the pre-marking,

- the application of marking products (paint, resin, heat-bonded),

- the reception of works with the owner.
