CUS habitat and the municipality of Mundolsheim have decided to jointly undertake the construction of an intergenerational center in the immediate vicinity of the town hall of Mundolsheim. A co-contracting agreement authorizing the two partners to work together on the intergenerational center project has thus been put in place. Overall urban coherence is to be found throughout the site.

This project management consultation concerns on the one hand the construction project of the intergenerational center and on the other hand the project of development of a public park.

This is why the project management market will be broken down between:

- the construction project of the intergenerational center, managed in co-project management with CUS Habitat and the municipality of Mundolsheim:

With regard to the construction project of the intergenerational center and the outdoor spaces that are specifically affected;

Of which the proposed fees and their distribution by missions and co-contractors will be completed in the table annex 1 of the Act of Engagement attached at the 2 e phase of the consultation,

- the project for the development of the public park and associated parking area, piloted by the municipality of Mundolsheim as sole contracting authority:

With respect to the public park project and the related amenities that are specifically assigned to it;

Of which the proposed fees and their distribution by missions and co-contractors will be completed in the table annex 2 of the deed of commitment attached at the 2 e phase of the consultation.

In order to guarantee an urban coherence on the whole site, the selected candidates will be asked during the 2 e phase of the consultation to propose a detailed sketch on the whole site (pole + park and associated parking area).

It is already specified that an aerial perspective view of the entire site will, among other things, be requested at the 2 e consultation phase. The aim of the view will be to give an account of the urban integration of the site as a whole.
