Extent
The procurement covers the purchase of brewery goods.
The deliveries must be made to the municipality's coordinated goods distribution, which then coordinates with other deliveries for further distribution to each unit. The estimated value per contract year is SEK 1,750,000 and can be seen as an indication of future volume. The annual volume is based on previous years' statistics and what has emerged in the analysis prior to the procurement.
The scope may change during the term of the agreement. The supplier undertakes to deliver the municipality's real needs.
During the contract period, changes can be made based on political decisions, business decisions, investments, organizational and or operational changes, emergency measures, etc. that can, for example, affect the need, volumes, number of delivery points.
The procurement will result in framework agreements for successive call-offs of the overall need during the contract period.
For larger events, the municipality may be bound to use other designated suppliers.
The municipality reserves the right to make separate procurements for larger individual purchases. Exceptions to this agreement may be made for single purchases for training and/or educational purposes as well as for theme days. Specially brewed beer is not covered by the agreement.
