The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service in the field of:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential real estate and uninhabited real estate on which a holiday home is located, or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the commune of Ozorków (hereinafter referred to as the "Commune") and real estate on which is educational, cultural, sports, health and fire protection activities;
2) equipment, collection (transport) and management of municipal waste from the municipal selective municipal waste collection point in Modlna (hereinafter referred to as the "Point").
The subject of the order has been specified in detail in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order together with attachments, including the Detailed description of the subject of the order - constituting an attachment to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service in the field of:

The municipal waste collection and management service includes mixed and selectively collected municipal waste in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the contract covers only municipal waste, which is understood as waste generated in households, excluding end-of-life vehicles, as well as waste not containing hazardous waste from other waste producers, which due to their nature or composition is similar to waste generated in households (as defined in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste). The subject of the order was specified in detail in the specification of essential terms of the contract with attachments, including the Detailed description of the subject of the contract - constituting an attachment to the ToR.
