This consultation concerns the extension works of the Albi INNOPROD business centre Lot 11: HEATING - VENTTILATION - CLIMATION - Sanitary plumbing

All the work to be carried out includes the following services:

A/ Heating:

- geothermal probe system - production by water/water heat pump installed in a technical room on the ground floor0

- Hydraulic distribution throughout the premises.

- emission by floor heating / cooling

- Technical Building Management

B/ Ventilation :

- Dual-flow air handling unit

Placed on a technical roof (offices west wing)

- Double flow air handling unit placed on the technical roof (East wing offices)

- Double flow air handling unit placed on the technical roof (relaxation room and activity room)

- Double flow air handling unit placed on the technical roof (training areas)

- Ventilation duct network outside, in technical duct and false ceiling - supply diffusers and

Air intake in the ceiling of all rooms.

C/ Sanitary plumbing:

- AEP connection to the general inlet in the technical room.

- Production of domestic hot water by electric cumulus near the taps.

- Hydraulic supply and distribution of cold and hot water.

- Watering of green roofs.

- Supply and installation of sanitary appliances.

- EU, EV and EP evacuations.

- Lifting pump in the technical room.

- Testing and commissioning.
