This service contract concerns the conclusion of various insurance contracts as part of the renewal of the insurance portfolio of the Municipality of Jemeppe-sur-Sambre.

5. All-risk insurance works of art.

COMPONENT 2: CIVIL LIABILITY

1. General liability insurance;

2. Agent's liability insurance;

3. Strict liability insurance for fire or explosion;

4. Civil liability and personal accident insurance for participants in recreational, cultural and sports activities;

5. Civil liability and personal accident insurance for the Children's Communal Council and the various advisory councils organized;

6. Civil liability insurance "Organizers of various events" in communal premises.

COMPONENT 3: ACCIDENTS

1. Employment accident insurance for staff and members of the Municipal College;

2. Personal accident insurance for members of the Common Council and volunteers.

COMPONENT 4: AUTOMOTIVE

1. Civil liability, material damage and legal protection;

2. Omnium service missions;

3. Vehicle assistance.

COMPONENT 5: ALL-RISK CONSTRUCTION SITE INSURANCE

Covering all construction work on buildings of any kind (G.-O. and finishes included), as well as transformation, restoration, maintenance and related development work as well as sewerage work – roads – car parks (except joint works SPGE).

Coverage covering cyber risks related to professional activity (cyberattack and its consequences such as loss of access to certain programs, files, dissemination of confidential data, extortion of funds in parallel if necessary, dissemination of malware without the knowledge of the contracting authority, damage to the e-reputation of the contracting authority).
