Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH - Award of company kindergarten at the "high point" of the airfield hospital
Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH intends to build an operating daycare center in the newly built high point of the airfield hospital.
The aim is to ensure a flexible and reliable, year-round childcare service that is based on the specific working hours in the airfield hospital with the aim of making it easier for the employees of Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH to reconcile family and career. Parents should be given the certainty that their child will be individually supported and pedagogically cared for in the best possible way. An educational partnership is to be entered into with the families on an equal footing. The aim is to ensure a quality-oriented environment that enables the children to develop individually into a self-reliant and communitarian personality. When occupying the places, it must be ensured that children of employees of Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH receive a place as a matter of priority.
Commissioning is expected to take place by spring 2024. The daycare center is located in the new building Hochpunkt Flugfeld Böblingen with a total area of 380 square meters (see map). Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH has already coordinated spatial planning with KVJS. The tender for equipment is planned for the end of 2022. Depending on the course of the project, the future operator may have a say. The outdoor play area is within walking distance of about 80 m away from the company daycare center in the green Fuge Ost (Here, too, the future operator could still help shape the selection of equipment). The way from the kindergarten to the outdoor play area leads via a car-free, but otherwise populated and public forecourt of the hospital. Outside the kindergarten opening hours, the playground is operated as a public playground.
Target group: Admission of children between 8 weeks and 6 years (before starting school), primarily children of employees of Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH, if necessary opening for foreign children Opening hours: Off-peak time: 5.45 a.m. - 7.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m., core time: 7.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.,
Closing days: Maximum number per year: 15 (plus VAT). Weekend and legal. Holidays)
Staff: The legal care key should be adhered to (at least).
Parental contributions: These are based on the contributions of the city
Funding: Already negotiated with the city:
For U3: Reimbursement 68% of operating costs
For Ü3: Reimbursement 63% of the operating costs
Catering: Can be partially or completely taken over by Service GmbH Schwarzwald.
Cleaning: Can be taken over by Service GmbH Schwarzwald.
Contract term: At least 10 years
It is intended to conclude a contract for the operation as a carrier (cooperation agreement) as well as a lease agreement for the premises. As part of the offer phase, the bidders must draw up an educational concept that must observe the philosophy of Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH. Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH would like to exert influence in the allocation of daycare places. The occupancy concept is specified by the Klinikverbund Südwest.
The client reserves the right to cancel the procedure if Klinikverbund Südwest GmbH decides to take over the operation of the daycare center on its own responsibility.
