Assignment of the service for the "Document handling service between the offices of the Attorney General of the State of Rome".
Service contract provides for the completion of the document handling service lasting three years, between the offices of the State Attorney General, as described in the Technical Administrative Specifications.
The estimated starting amount of the auction for the contract of 3 years equal to € 1,909,623.54 excluding VAT, of which € 1,887,631.50 plus VAT for the performance of the document handling service and €. 21,992.04 plus VAT for the cost of security for risks of an interference nature, not subject to reduction, for the entire duration of the contract.
The activities included in the service are as follows:
- garrison for transport and porterage activities consisting of 4 work units for 5 days a week for 8 hours a day for 52 weeks a year;
- supervision for archiving, collation and porterage activities consisting of 5 work units for 5 days a week for 8 hours a day for 52 weeks a year as well as a garrison at the headquarters in Via del Clementino with an employee for one day a week for 5.5 hours for 52 weeks a year;
- Rental for electric vehicles for the duration of the service included in the item for Archiving and collation (€ 1,115.52 per month).
