1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office and anti-virus software for the State Administration Units specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ divided into parts:
Part 1 - Office software
Part 2 - Utility software
Part 3 - Specialized Software
Part 4 - Engineering Software
2. The list of State Administration Units divided into parts and quantitative requirements is attached as Annex 1A to the SWZ.
3. The description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ and in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.
4. As a result of the conducted proceedings, contracts will be concluded for each Unit separately.
Office Software1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office software specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
