A command group was formed between the Agglomeration Community of GrandAngoulême (GrandAngoulême), the Municipality of Angoulême, the Communal Center for Social Action of Angoulême (CCAS), the Municipality of Asnières-sur-Nouère, the Municipality of Champniers, Municipality of Claix, Municipality of Fléac, Municipality of Garat, Municipality of La Couronne, Municipality of Linars, Municipality of Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, Municipality of Roullet-Saint-Estèphe, Municipality de Sers, the Municipality of Sireuil, the Municipality of Touvre, the Municipality of Vindelle, the SIVOS of Montignac-Charente / Marsac and the SPL STGA.

GrandAngoulême has been appointed coordinator of the group and is therefore responsible for launching the consultation.

The purpose of this lot is to execute:

- regular specialized non-urban school transport services, primarily to provide service to schools located in the territory of GrandAngoulême;

- extracurricular child transport services during school time or outside school time;

- occasional passenger transport services on behalf of the member municipalities of the group in the North-West sector of GrandAngoulême:

—— school transport: college in Gond-Pontouvre, schools in Angoulême Plateau, schools in Balzac-Vindelle, school in Asnières-sur-Nouère, schools in Champniers;

—— extra-curricular and occasional transport: SIVOS of Montignac-Charente / Marsac, Asnières-sur-Nouère, Fléac and Linars.

Compulsory variants concern certain circuits serving the college of Gond-Pontouvre organized by GrandAngoulême (see circuit sheets). For the candidate, this involves offering a service taking into account timetables different from those mentioned in the basic offer. The circuit sheets are to be completed according to the new timetables proposed by the candidate. The number of vehicles and the capacity of the vehicle cannot be changed.

The purpose of this lot is to execute:

- regular specialized non-urban school transport services, primarily to provide service to schools located in the territory of GrandAngoulême;

- extracurricular child transport services during school time or outside school time;

- occasional passenger transport services on behalf of the member municipalities of the grouping in the North-East sector of GrandAngoulême:

—— school transport: Ruelle-sur-Touvre school complex;

—— extracurricular and occasional transport: Angoulême - CCAS d'Angoulême.

The purpose of this lot is to execute:

- regular specialized non-urban school transport services, primarily to provide service to schools located in the territory of GrandAngoulême;

- extracurricular child transport services during school time or outside school time;

- occasional passenger transport services on behalf of the member municipalities of the grouping.

In the southern sector of Grandangoulême:

- school transport: La Couronne college, Angoulême Ma Campagne high schools, Saint-Michel college, La Couronne schools;

- extracurricular transport: La Couronne;

- extra-curricular and occasional transport: Claix, Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, Roullet-Saint-Estèphe.

The purpose of this lot is to execute:

- regular specialized non-urban school transport services, primarily to provide service to schools located in the territory of GrandAngoulême;

- extracurricular child transport services during school time or outside school time;

- occasional passenger transport services on behalf of the member municipalities of the grouping.

On the eastern sector of GrandAngoulême:

- school transport: Soyaux college, Garat school, Sers-Vouzan schools;

- extra-curricular and occasional transport: Sers, Touvre.

In the southern sector of Grandangoulême:

- school transport: Roullet-Saint-Estèphe schools, Mouthiers-sur-Boëme school.

An optional variant concerns school transport for the Municipality of Mouthiers-sur-Boëme. For the candidate, this involves proposing an alternative transport plan, taking into account the numbers to be transported to each stopping point, the stopping points to be served, the time constraints of arrival (8:35) and departure from to school (4:28 p.m., 12:10 p.m.), constraints linked to the road network and which may condition the rolling stock. The candidate can thus offer one or more different circuits with fewer vehicles or more vehicles or with different capacities.

The purpose of this lot is to execute:

- regular specialized non-urban school transport services, primarily to provide service to schools located in the territory of GrandAngoulême;

- extracurricular child transport services during school time or outside school time;

- occasional passenger transport services on behalf of the member municipalities of the grouping.

On the west sector of Grandangoulême:

- school transport: Sireuil, Fléac;

- occasional transport of adults: La Couronne (3 e age).

The object of this lot is the execution of school transport subcontracted by the STGA.
