The subject of this tender for allocation unit (PU) 1 is planning and construction work for the construction and commissioning of a treatment plant for municipal waste mixed up to 145,000 mg/a with the extraction of valuable materials, a high-calorie fraction and an organic-rich fine fraction as well as a shredder for waste wood. The aforementioned facilities are part of a new Center for Resources and Energy (CISP) to be built altogether.

The subject of this invitation to tender is the construction of a household waste treatment plant (HMA) for sorting mixed municipal waste for a waste volume of 145,000 t/a (VE 1) as part of the construction of the Center for Resources and Energy (ZRE)

The following sorting materials must be recovered from household waste:

• Fe metals

• non-ferrous metals

• 3D polyolefins (PO): mixture of HDPE, PET and PP

• glass

• fine organic fraction (OFF) for thermal utilization in a low-calorie boiler (NKK)

• High-calorie (HC) for thermal utilization in a high-calorie boiler (HKK)

• An optional sorting level for paper light (PPK) should also be offered and scheduled for the required interfaces.
