Vann- og avløpsetaten [the Water and Sewage Agency] needs to establish a new framework agreement for guards services for 6 years. The framework agreement will replace the current contract as this is nearing the estimated ceiling. During the transition period, some overlap between the contracts must be expected and parts of the area of responsibility within the contract may therefore start somewhat later than the date of contract signing.

The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for operation of alarm reception that handles alarms from the Water and Sewage Agency's security network and other guard services, hereunder i.a. stationary and mobile guard services, turn-out and central guard services and administrative security work.
