The purpose of the procurement is to obtain tenders with innovative solutions for organizational systems, structures and processes for collecting, recycling and mapping abandoned and end-of-life recreational craft and two-stroke engines with carburetors. The innovative solution proposals are expected to contribute to increased recycling of end-of-life recreational boats and inform boat owners and municipalities in Sweden about the possibility of recycling recreational boats and two-stroke engines with carburetors. Furthermore, the assignment is expected to give the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management in-depth knowledge of the recreational boats that are recycled and scrapped.
