This tender guideline concerns the European public tender for the supply and replacement of the (physical/electronic) cylinders (including keys), locks and a maintenance contract for the associated software of the Rijn en IJssel water board, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, with registration number 92402.

The tender is divided into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Replacement of physical cylinders, possibly locks and keys with new (certified) physical cylinders (including keys), possibly locks;

Lot 2: Replacement of physical cylinder locks and access control with an electronic/electromechanical solution.

Both lots relate to the outdoor locations of the Contracting Authority. Outdoor locations include the following locations: pumping stations, purifications, maintenance support points and workshops.

The aim of the Contracting Authority is to arrive at one framework agreement per lot.
