1. The subject of the contract are the services of driving bus vehicles in public transport, on communication lines determined depending on the needs of the Customer, in the Silesian Voivodeship, in the amount of not more than 841 500.00 vehicle-kilometers during the term of the contract.

2. For the fulfillment of the contract, the Contractor should refer at least 15 drivers with specific legal qualifications to transport persons by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed in the driver's position with the Ordering Party.

3. Description of the object of the order is specified in the general terms of the contract - section 16 SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, with particular emphasis on the Act on drivers' working time of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1473, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 180, as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the model contract.
