The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to operate and maintain a collaborative Electronic Document Management (GOM) solution: resuming the existing solution, deployment of future functional perimeters, interfacing with existing or future IS tools; functional and technical administration of GOL, optimization and management of the application performance.

The Framework Agreement covers the following needs:

— the resumption of the existing solution (licenses, recipe environment, pre-production and production);

— the deployment of future functional perimeters (processes or business projects) with configuration of the solution, or even specific developments of the solution;

— Interfacing of the GOL solution with existing or future IS tools;

— the functional administration of GOL: creation of user accounts, management of access rights, deletion of cases, management of anomalies and evolutions, simple technical gestures (scripts)...;

— optimization and management of application performance;

— the support of the managing manager in the supervision of the infrastructure supporting GOL;

— support and training of users;

— assistance with tests and recipe;

— warranty, maintenance and reversibility services;

— the support of the SEDIF management manager in the phases of deployment in pre-production and production.
