The purpose of this contract for intellectual services is the realization of the entire Master Plan for the Charging Infrastructures of Electric Vehicles open to the public (sd irve) of Reunion (974). The ancillary services concern project management missions with purchase orders for the design and construction of a set of charging infrastructures open to the public, as well as the creation of a platform of on-demand terminals accessible to the general public.

Lot 1 includes a firm tranche relating to intellectual services and an optional tranche relating to project management servicesThe firm tranche of Lot 1 concerns the development of the master plan for charging infrastructures for electric vehicles (Irve) and solar charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (Irsve) of The Réunion.La optional tranche of Lot 1 concerns elements of project management mission with purchase orders for the study of feasibility, design and construction of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, with and without photovoltaic power supply

Lot 2 concerns the creation of a platform of on-demand terminals accessible to the general public from a website
