1.The subject of the contract is the supply of an assortment for laparoscopic and classical operations (laparoscopic instruments, harmonic knife tips, staplers and charges for staplers, electrodes and tools for classical procedures) with the simultaneous creation of a deposit warehouse in Packages No. 1,2,3,5,8,9,11 for the needs of the WSZ Operating Block in Elbląg for a period of 24 months, the detailed description and quantities of which are presented in Annexes No. 1 to No. 11 to SWZ.
2.The offered subject of the contract must have documents allowing for marketing and use in accordance with the Act on medical devices of 07.04.2022
3. The subject of the contract must have at least a 6-month validity period counted from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office.
4.The subject of the contract must be sterile (sterile), which requires a clear marking on the unit packaging specifying the sterile period.
5. Establishment by the Contractor of a free deposit warehouse at the Employer's headquarters
