As part of the construction of a new vocational school centre in Pfarrkirchen, a four-storey school building made of reinforced concrete as a column-slab construction and four workshop buildings in monolithic construction made of reinforced concrete are required. Some of the workshop buildings are single-storey and some are three-storey. The buildings will be built on a hillside. On site, the excavation pit is already being excavated and shoring work is being carried out. Columns are planned in in-situ concrete, walls in in-situ concrete, in the façade area parapets made of semi-prefabricated elements are partly planned between columns over individual concreting sections. In some areas of the school building, prefabricated reinforced concrete façade elements will be applied as cladding. A reinforced concrete logistics building, which is also planned for the construction site and is partly being carried out at the same time, was put out to tender separately.
