The municipality of Maashorst io is looking for a main contractor, who will be responsible for the development and realization of the construction work, the mechanical and electrical installations and the permanent establishment for a renovation with partial new construction of the town hall of Uden.

The renovation mainly concerns:

- the removal of existing partitions, ceilings and facades,

- completely redesigning the hull,

- adapting the installations to the new layout and, where necessary, renewing installation components,

- new custom furniture (permanent establishment),

- newly built council chamber, part of 300 m2.

The client's starting point and ambition for the renovation is to reuse materials where possible.

The renovation work is taking place while the town hall is still in use and visitors are being received.
