Hjelmeland Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for 2 years, with options for 1+1 year for the provision of machine contractor services. Provided that there are enough suitable tenders. 

Hjelmeland Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers. The framework agreement period is 2 years plus an option for a 1+1 year extension for the procurement of machine contractor services. 

Hjelmeland Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for work within the following areas:

general excavation assignments

-

roads and harbour

-

- landscape gardening work

-

special excavation assignments (e.g., excavating graves in cemeteries) 

The contracting authority will be signed with two tenderers with ranking no. 1, and no. 2, with order or priority. This means that tenderer no. 1 will get all assignments under NOK 100,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold mini competitions for assignments valued at more than NOK 100,000 excluding VAT between the tenderers numbered 1 and 2.

The value of the service is estimated to NOK 2 million excluding VAT per annum, including materials.

The value of the framework agreement including option is estimated to NOK 8 million excluding VAT over a four-year period. 

The maximum value of the agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT.

Hjelmeland Municipality will assess whether material will be part of each assignment under the framework agreement.
