The following description of services includes the delivery and installation of windows and post and transom facades made of steel including external venetian blinds and all necessary ancillary services.

The services are to be provided in accordance with the 2 construction phases.

The 1st construction phase has started and completion (all trades) is planned for mid-2022.

The 2nd BA starts in mid-2022 and ends in Dec 2023.

The window work (1st and 2nd construction phase) is carried out with an interruption and not immediately.

The first construction phase includes the renovation of the high-rise building, lecture hall 1 and the technical centers in the basement, including the house connections and main supply facilities.

The second construction phase includes the renovation of component 2 with smaller lecture halls, libraries, seminar rooms, sanitary areas and offices.

The UoK intends to use the construction section that is not under construction during the construction project.

At the time of execution, it can be assumed that there are other trades on the construction site.

The facade scaffolding is provided by the customer. Any additional safety scaffolding or similar in the work areas for personal protection must be taken into account in the unit price for the construction site equipment and must be produced without separate payment.

Two scaffolding lifts will be provided on site.

Load capacity of the scaffold elevator 1,500 kg / or 500 kg

The difficulty of horizontal and vertical conveying paths to the staging area / loading area must be taken into account in accordance with the construction site logistics and construction site equipment plan.
