Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations, as well as suspending operations tables describing the subject of the order indicated in individual rows of the order. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as increasing the number of works in one location (forest address) in the area of implementation of the package (including also locations in the area of implementation of the package not indicated initially in the Terms of Reference), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) in the area of implementation of the package , within the total amount of individual works falling within the scope of the subject of the contract specified in the ToR, to be performed throughout the entire area of the package implementation. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract.
