Training activity on full flight simulators for the pilot/technical staff of the AW139GC lines of the Corps of Port Authorities - Coast Guard - for an annual amount, based on the race, of €456,320.00 excluding:

- recurrent training/proficiency check for AW 139 DRY pilots up to 184 hours per year;

- AW 139 WET drivers recurrent training/proficiency check up to 110 hours per year;

for a maximum number of units to be trained annually up to n. 50 pilots and up to n. 14 maintenance instructors;

with the right to exercise an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code for a further four years (2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026) for a maximum amount of up to €1,825,220.00 excluding VAT and the right to exercise an option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Italian Civil Code concerning an open share up to an amount of EUR 479,720.00 VAT excluded, exclusively for the two-year period 2022-2023, limited to the following activities:

- Pilot IOS course (n. 1 unit);

- AW139 two-year maintenance instructors course (up to 12 units);

- pilot PBN course (up to n. 50 units);

for a grand total, over 60 months, including any options, of €2,761,320.00 excluding VAT.
