The contract includes the object planning services of the service profile buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, work phases 2-9 for the new construction of the Don Bosco School and renovation of the swimming pool in Rottenbuch.

The planned new building of the Don Bosco School consists of the following parts:

• Demolition of the existing Don Bosco Special School

• New construction of the Don Bosco Special School

• Temporary arrangement for the Don Bosco Special School made of mobile space units

• Schwimmbadsanierung
