Call for requests to participate - Construction of a local service center with, among other things, meeting and office spaces and social apartments

It concerns an architectural assignment for the construction of a Local Services Center and social rental apartments.

The construction program includes:

 A Local Services Center, meeting rooms of Social House and De Klapstoel (material assistance) (1st floor) & office space (2nd floor) for the OCMW-Diksmuide

 Social rental apartments for the IJzer & Zee Housing Company (3rd and 4th floor)

 An (underground) parking garage for common use by the partners.

 Construction of the immediate environment (construction / maintenance / repair)
