The Contractor will be obliged to arrange and care greenery in the areas remaining under the Wilanów District of Warsaw

The object of the order is the decoration and care of greenery in the Wilanów District of Warsaw in the years 2022-2024

The Contractor shall be obliged to arrange and care greenery in the areas of the Wilanów District of Warsaw, in particular:

• the establishment and care of lawns;

• planting, replanting and caring for ornamental and fruit shrubs and stumps;

• planting, replanting and caring for grasses and perennials;

• planting and care of onion plants;

• planting and care of ornamental and fruit trees;

• spring, summer and autumn flourishes discounts, containers and flower towers;

• care of extensive roofs;

• assembly and ongoing maintenance of greenery sites;

• replenishment of the pavement with gravel;

• removal of plants from paved pavements;

• repair benches;

• export of organic mass;

• maintenance of irrigation systems;

• assembly, maintenance and storage of PE mats.

Detailed requirements, assumptions and guidelines are contained in the procurement documents constituting Annex 2, 3 respectively to the SWZ.

Services should be carried out in accordance with the principles of horticultural art and technical knowledge, using applicable regulations and standards.
