The contact centre will mainly carry out the following missions related to the Campaign, justifying the use of the following resources:
- Processing incoming calls: informing and answering citizens' questions, encoding information related to a file, help with booking appointments
- Handling outgoing calls: contacting citizens within the framework of pre-defined campaigns (e.g. tracing, testing, vaccination, surveys)
- Sending SMS to inform citizens and stimulate certain actions
- Exchanges with citizens by email, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter,...
