The market will be divided into four lots with a view to carrying out the following works: creation of a final road between the RD60 and the avenue de la Grande Piste for the service of lots 1, 2 and 3 (approximately 700 ml); final development of avenue de la Grande Piste between rue A. Pégoud and the new road network (approximately 400 ml); improvement of the planted spaces on rue A. Pégoud; servicing work for lots 1, 4, 11 and 13; extension of a public car park between the RD60 and rue du Taxiway Nord.

Asbestos removal from joints on existing concrete aeronautical runways (approximately 4,500 ml); demolition of concrete runways (around 12,000 m 2 ); etc.

Full mass earthwork (around 13,000 m 3 ); heavy road system (around 8,000 m 2 ); greenway pedestrian / cycle (about 4,000 m 2 ); rainwater and wastewater treatment (approximately 900 ml); drinking water supply (approximately 1,800 ml); etc.

Earthworks for dry network trenches (approximately 4,500 ml); supply and installation of lighting (approximately 115 units); etc.

Tree planting (around 210 units); plantation of shrubs (about 7,000 m 2 ); grass cover and meadows (around 17,500 m 2 ); etc.
