AMIU SpA Taranto has opened a procedure open to public evidence, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 56/2017 — art. 60, paragraph 3 which has as its object the assignment of insurance covers (CPV: 66510000) in favor of the contracting station.

Pursuant to Article 51 of the Code, the contract is divided into 3 lots, each independent and separate, corresponding to the different insurance coverage. Participation in only one, some or all lots is allowed; a single tenderer may award one or more or all the lots under contract.

The award of the open procedure in question will be carried out by means of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer pursuant to Article 95 of the Code.

The following policy covers any claims made for the first time against an insured person during the insurance period or, if applicable, during the period of extension of the deadline for the complaint of the claim, which has been notified to the insurer under this policy and that it corresponds to all other terms and conditions thereof, as indicated in the tender documents.

In the event of pollution or environmental damage occurring during the activity carried out in the insured plant indicated in the policy sheet, the company, up to the limit indicated:

a) undertakes to keep the insured harmless of what he is required to pay, as civilly liable, pursuant to the law, for compensation (capital, interest, expenses) for damages unintentionally caused to third parties for:

— death and personal injury,

— destruction and material deterioration of things,

— interruptions or suspensions, total or partial, of industrial, commercial, agricultural or service activities and in general because of the impossibility of using goods located in the area affected by pollution;

b) will reimburse the insured, the costs for remediation interventions and for the restoration of environmental damage. For remediation interventions and for the restoration of environmental damage internal to the plant will be.

The company guarantees the insured and the driver for civil liability arising from the circulation of the contractually identified vehicle for the liability arising from the transported, for damages caused to third parties not transported on the vehicle identified at the time of its circulation.
