The contract has as its object the rental of connections with single-mode fiber optic cables on separate routes to create a dedicated network, cables in so-called "switched off fiber" that will be rented with the Right of Indispensable Use DUI / IRU to the Contracting Station for the entire duration of the rental period and that at the end of this period will be acquired by the Contracting Station activating the redemption procedure.
