Framework agreement for the delivery of leasing vehicles with electric drive.

The subject of the order is the delivery and handover of electric vehicles by the contractor to the client as part of a leasing on demand by the client. The electric vehicles must meet the requirements described in the specifications. The term of each leasing contract is 48 months.

After the contract has been awarded, the client will order at least 6 electric vehicles from the contractor in 2021. The client is currently unable to forecast the exact number of electric vehicles required during the contract period. He assumes, however, that he will order between 25 to 32 electric vehicles from the contractor. The above figures are merely estimates by the client. It is therefore possible that the aforementioned estimate will be undercut or exceeded.

The client reserves the right to commission the contractor with the following "service packages": "damage service", "maintenance and wear and tear" and "tires".

- The service package "Damage Service" includes, among other things, claims settlement in the event of damage and the rectification of defects in the respective electric vehicle,

- The service package "Maintenance and wear and tear" includes all workshop services that are required due to natural wear and tear when the respective electric vehicle is used properly,

- The “Tire” service package includes, among other things, changing summer and winter tires and storing the tire sets.
