The purpose of the Contract is to define the terms and conditions for the supply of virtual reality railway driving simulation tools, and related services, in particular their development (development, parameterization, etc.), their commissioning, user training and maintenance of simulators. These tools will be operated by Transdev SA and its subsidiaries in France.

The Contract is entered into on behalf of Transdev SA and its subsidiaries. As soon as "Transdev" is mentioned, the stipulations apply to the subsidiary in question.

The Contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum amount with a maximum amount.

The Products and Services included in the minimum amount are as follows:

- The supply and transport of the simulation tool consisting of the library of ready-to-use scenarios and compatible with the operating procedures specified in the specifications.

- User interface and administrator software.

- Training of users in the functionalities related to the trainer missions and the uses of the trainees.

- Warranty, maintenance and other services (the Services) relating to the equipment and the system composing the simulation tool (the Product).

The Products and Services included in the maximum amount are as follows:

- Benefits and supplies of the minimum amount

- Supply, transport of additional simulation tools

- Additional training

- Specificities, scenarios, use cases and additional sequences of the lines and rolling stock operated as described in the specifications to be implemented in the training tools

- Annual preventive and corrective maintenance and evolutionary maintenance

- Services on estimate
