The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Holder provides assistance in monitoring operating operations on the LG1 and HERA installations.

Firm services include the following items:

- Item 1: Assistance in the follow-up of periodic regulatory audits, including:

o Sub-item 1: Initial commissioning visits

o Sub-item 2: Periodic Regulatory Audits

o Sub-item 3: Handling of Non-Conformities (NC)

- Position 2: Assistance in monitoring the performance of maintenance;

- Item 3: Waste management at LG1 and HERA facilities;

- Item 4: Operational assistance;

The contract includes the following options:

- Option 1: Extension of the firm tranche for an additional year (4th year) (items 1 to 4);

- Option 2: Extension of the firm tranche for an additional year (5th year) (items 1 to 4);

- Option 3: Reversibility phase out of one month before the expiry of the contract.

The services on FDMDP concern the performance of amending services directly related to the subject of the contract.
